Manager – Strategic Partnerships : The candidate will manage 360 degree of Alliance. Reporting to Head of Strategic Partnerships, this role is to create and grow the alliances function. Primarily responsible of this role will be entering into strategic tie-ups with beverage/Liquor brands, banks, POS companies, consultants and resellers ensuring gainful engagement for Mobikon.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility of the candidate is establishing strategic partnerships with beverage/ Liquor brands, Banks, POS companies, consultants and resellers etc. ensuring gainful engagement for Mobikon.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, sales & account management team, product, finance, marketing, operations for efficient execution of the alliance
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Manage end to end partner relationship from driving initial conversation, negotiation, contracting, execution at our end, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Deepen relationships with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc.
  • Exceed revenue targets. Responsible for handling revenues of upto 10-20 Lacs on a monthly basis.

Mandatory Skills :

  • 5-8 yrs. of experience; at least 1+ year of relevant work experience in alliance/account management/ strategic partnerships for beverage/ Liquor brands.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills & strong client servicing skills
  • Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities.
  • Experience with beverage brand or banks would be an added advantage.
  • Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing "deliverables"
  • Proven expertise around consumer insights and market intelligence.
  • Understands B2B and SaaS based products.
