Job Description : This position is responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers to resolve technical incidences. The ideal candidate will have great problem solving skills, and good hands-on experience with SQL queries and backend databases – to be able to independently query the backend structures when needed. Ability to write small applications to automate tasks using any technology is also a key to the success of this position.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Writing SQL queries and tools for Microsoft SQL database & other databases to generate customized reports
  • Writing batch files/scripts to automate routine tasks
  • Level 1 troubleshooting customer issues for mobile products on Android & iOS OS
  • General troubleshooting issues with mobile devices
  • Watching over the support tickets in the queue
  • Tools (simple application) development (VB.net, HTML/CSS/JS etc.) to increase process efficiency

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Scripting Skills/Languages (Bash, Perl etc.)
  • Microsoft SQL/Database proficiency
  • Microsoft excel, VBA exposure
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong leadership aptitude
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticket management software (Freshdesk, JIRA, Zendesk)
  • HTML/CSS/JS experience is a HUGE advantage
