Designation : Jr. Executive - Techical & Customer Support

Key skills : Ticket Management Software ( JIRA, Freshdesk, Zendesk), Analytical problem solving skills, MS Excel.

Years of Experience : 1 to 3 Years.

Work Location : Pune

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handling the support function by resolving issues and queries, identifying loopholes and ensuring queries are resolved within set SLAs.
  • Understanding the “do’s” and “don’ts” of the product(in terms of enhancements/customizations) and accordingly attend to customer requests.
  • Acting as an interface between the Account Managers and the Technical Team to evaluate customer needs. If required, talking to customer directly.
  • Domestic travel to Mobikon offices for periodic trainings (if needed).
  • Monitoring Customer health & Usage of various products.

Required Skills :

  • 1-3 yrs of hands on experience in Customer Support/Client Servicing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech savvy who loves to play/explore new gadgets.
  • Technical background a must (Diplomas/certifications in IT).
  • Excellent problem solving and solution oriented attitude.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong leadership aptitude.
  • Familiarity with ticket management software (Freshdesk, JIRA, Zendesk).
  • Must Have Good Hands On Experience On MS. Excel.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
