Executive - Inside Sales : Accelerate business growth for Mobikon: acquire new customers and renew subscription of existing customer base .

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for sales opportunities by being the initial or only interface between Mobikon and customers.
  • Prospect by reaching out to customers - via phone calls, emails, collaborative tools - from various source of leads-Digital Marketing, event leads, database of target accounts, etc.
  • Research accounts prior to reach-out.
  • Sell subscription product to the customer.
  • Perform a web demo to customer .
  • Arrange a face-to-face meeting for field sales with customer (when necessary)
  • Strong collaboration with field sales to arrive at a winning closure of the opportunity.
  • Close follow-up with the customer; may include nurturing activities towards closing the deal.
  • Where possible: Close the deal and sign the customer up for 12-months or 6-months subscription.
  • Onboarding the new customer to the new content subscription .
  • Follow up with customer for subscription payment.
  • Navigate customer on payment – Paypal, credit card, cheque, electronic transfer .
  • Disciplined and proper usage of mandated tools and programs to accurately capture results.
  • Attendance of business cadence meetings .
  • Manage or update contacts of accounts, where necessary.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Atleast 2 yrs of experience into Inside Sales.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Result-oriented .
  • Ability to learn quickly to be proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A team player; strong collaboration skills and attitude .
  • Strong willingness to learn .
  • Track record of over-achieving targets.
